30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all review delivery orders. If we fail to deliver the agreed number of reviews within the stated timeframe, or if a substantial portion of delivered reviews are removed by the platform within 30 days of delivery and we are unable to replace them, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original order date.
- You must provide your order number and a clear description of the issue (e.g., reviews not delivered, reviews removed).
- You must have provided accurate business information including a valid listing URL at the time of ordering. Refunds are not issued for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccessible listing URL provided by the client.
- The listing or profile must not have been closed, made private, deleted, or otherwise disabled by the client after the order was placed.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service in any way that contributed to the non-delivery or removal of reviews.
Review Replacement Policy
In cases where reviews are removed within 30 days of delivery through no fault of the client, we will first attempt to replace the removed reviews at no additional charge. This is our preferred resolution as it delivers the outcome you originally ordered. If we are unable to provide satisfactory replacements within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Reviews removed due to the client contacting the reviewing platform, reporting the reviews, or taking any action that triggered their removal.
- Reviews removed more than 30 days after delivery.
- Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design, Local SEO, Link Building) that have already commenced, as these involve labor and resource costs incurred on your behalf from the start of the campaign.
- Custom orders or rush orders that were fulfilled as agreed.
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee window has expired.
- Orders where the client provided false or misleading information about their business or listing.
